Ayam (Chicken) kremes

Materials:
1 whole chicken cut to pieces
3 chicken thigh, cut to pieces
500gr of chicken liver
1 tofu sliced

flavor:
125gr garlic
80gr candlenut
4 Ms / 60gr salt
1,5 Ts / 9gr coriander powder
2 Ts Sugar
1 Ts / 5 Gr Vetsin (can be less)
1 blok of chicken broth (Any Merk)
Water at sufficiently

kremes dough for 750ml water of chicken stew:
9 Ms tapioca flour
3 rice powder
starch mucilage made from 4 Ms tapioca and 400ml cooked water.
3 Ts Baking Powder

How To Make:
Chicken with the refined flavor boiled with presto approximatel 20 minute start from when the presto fizzy.

Lift the chicken and put aside

Make the starch liquid

Get 750 chicken stew water and pour with the kremes dough… staff mixer until all blended

Dye the chicken in kremes dough the fried with hot oil (the fire not to big)
